While shopping formal wear, always remember that it’s going to be a dress for business and not pleasure. Yet getting dress shirt which is comfortable to wear and easy to iron is a safe bet. At many workplaces, they allow to dress in business casuals.

Though there are no stiff guidelines outlined so far, as discussed above, button down collar shirt or a premium yet sober polo shirt are mostly considered as business casuals. If anyone perceives business casuals as attire he wears while on outing or that lustrous beach wear, he is likely to do mess with his career.
